Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience delivering production-grade software systems. The ideal candidate combines deep full-stack expertise with hands-on experience implementing AI/ML-powered features into scalable applications.

This is a senior technical leadership role where you will design high-performance systems, integrate advanced automation, and guide the application of AI across real-world workflows. You’ll shape architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize full-stack applications with Python, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., computer vision, NLP, LLM APIs) into production environments to enhance automation and user experience.

• Build data pipelines and processing workflows that leverage AI for large-scale analysis, insights, and decision support.

• Develop modular backend systems and intelligent APIs designed for scalability and performance.

• Implement AI-powered automation frameworks to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven features and improvements.

• Own technical design decisions and system architecture, ensuring adaptability for emerging AI technologies.

• Define coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines with AI/ML deployment in mind.

• Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship across the engineering team.

• Implement and refine monitoring, logging, observability, and model performance evaluation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development.

• Expert-level skills in Python and Node.js for production-grade systems.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into applications (vision, NLP, or LLMs).

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.

• Advanced database skills (SQL/NoSQL) with performance optimization expertise.

• Strong frontend integration experience with modern JavaScript (React/Vue preferred).

• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring peers, and setting engineering direction.

• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Nice to Have

• Experience building SaaS platforms, dashboards, or enterprise AI applications.

• Familiarity with MLOps practices: model deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines.
